Assistant Project Manager - Healthcare and Commercial Projects

Support major healthcare projectsEvery other Friday off Experience in construction project coordination or management. A well-established design-build contractor with 20+ years of experience delivering healthcare, commercial, industrial, and residential projects.

• Support Project Managers with daily project coordination
• Track schedules, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Assist with budgeting and cost reporting activities
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and clients
• Help ensure project milestones and quality standards are met

• Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 + bonus + benefits
• 80% employer-paid healthcare coverage
• Every other Friday off
• PTO and 401(k)
