While headquartered in Maryland, the firm is actively expanding into new regions, including Connecticut, Texas, and New England.
Their Connecticut construction team is in a pivotal, growth-oriented phase-building a local footprint with the support of a tight-knit, family-oriented group. This smaller regional team offers a collaborative culture where comradery, work-life balance, and a people-first approach remain central to operations. This is a unique opportunity to join a well-capitalized, vertically integrated leader in multifamily development during its New England expansion.
Job Description
- Oversee the management of project documents, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Participate in project meetings with internal teams, owners, design consultants, and subcontractors.
- Assist with cost tracking, budget updates, and reporting to senior leadership.
- Coordinate with field staff to ensure effective communication between the office and jobsite.
- Identify potential risks or delays and proactively assist in developing mitigation strategies.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- 3-4+ years of experience in ground-up multifamily or hospitality construction.
- Familiarity with construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong desire to grow into a Project Manager role within a collaborative and supportive team.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving regional team environment
