Assistant Project Manager
The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Assisting Project Managers and Project Executives with the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
- Supporting large-scale government, federal, and secure facility projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Managing project documentation, submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and project tracking systems.
- Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders to maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Participating in project meetings and contributing to problem-solving and project delivery efforts.
- Assisting with scheduling activities and project reporting using industry-standard software.
- Supporting quality control, safety initiatives, and compliance requirements on active projects.

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
- 2-5 years of construction experience in an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or similar role.
- Experience supporting government, federal, or secure facility construction projects preferred.
- Exposure to projects valued at $5M or greater.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, or similar platforms preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Experience working with subcontractors, schedules, and project documentation.
- Must be capable of passing an extensive background investigation.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
