Established 40 years ago, they have seen tremendous success in the upstate market. Job Description

Assistant Project Manager - Award Winning General Contractor - Greenville will be responsible for:

• Support Project Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects.
• Assist with project documentation, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and overall project administration.
• Work across a diverse portfolio that includes both ground-up construction and renovation projects.
• Help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Collaborate with field teams, subcontractors, owners, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Gain exposure to multiple market sectors including institutional, education, healthcare, retail, light industrial, restaurants, faith-based, and multifamily construction.
• Report directly to a Project Manager from the Greenville/Spartanburg office.
• Support a growing team as the company continues to expand throughout South Carolina.

The Successful Applicant

Assistant Project Manager - Award Winning General Contractor - Greenville should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• Approximately 1+ year of construction experience preferred
• Interest in building a long-term career within commercial construction.
• Understanding of construction processes, project coordination, and jobsite operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commercial construction experience is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn from experienced construction professionals and take on increasing responsibility.
