Assistant Project Manager

Job Description

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon parameters.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders clearly and promptly.
  • Support the resolution of any on-site issues or project challenges as they arise.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards throughout project phases.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of construction experience in the general contracting space
  • A strong understanding of construction project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
