Job Description
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon parameters.
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders clearly and promptly.
- Support the resolution of any on-site issues or project challenges as they arise.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards throughout project phases.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of construction experience in the general contracting space
- A strong understanding of construction project management principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
