Job TitleConstruction Project ManagerJob DescriptionWalk project sites with clients to assess scope and requirements. Develop detailed, line-item cost estimates using industry tools. Prepare and export estimates into formal contract documents. Manage multiple pre-negotiated projects simultaneously. Maintain regular site visits while supporting office-based work. Collaborate directly with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders. Assist in building processes and infrastructure for a new regional office.The Successful ApplicantExperience in civil construction, interiors, or general contracting. Background in estimating, project coordination, or field operations. Ability to scope projects and build accurate cost estimates. Strong client-facing and communication skills. Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Familiarity with tools like Procore, RSMeans, or Gordian (preferred). OSHA certifications or relevant safety training (a plus).
