Assistant Project Manager - Construction

The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager and project leadership team through all phases of construction. You will play a critical role in coordinating project activities, tracking costs, and ensuring successful project execution.
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities
- Support budget tracking, cost control, forecasting, and change management
- Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and contracts
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and field teams
- Monitor project schedules using construction management tools and reporting systems
- Support project meetings and maintain accurate project records
- Help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

For the Assistant Project Manager - Construction we are seeking:
- 1-4 years of construction project management, project engineering, or field coordination experience
- Experience supporting ground-up commercial construction projects preferred
- Exposure to project financials, budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting
- Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore
- Understanding of project schedules and construction sequencing
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
- A proactive mindset with a desire to grow into a Project Manager position
