Overview
Reporting to the Director and Executive Director while supporting assigned Project Managers, and Assistant Project Manager assists with the delivery of capital improvement projects throughout the full project lifecycle. The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for assisting Project Managers with project delivery while developing the knowledge, judgment, and leadership skills necessary to become a Project Manager.
Qualifications
Education required: High school diploma/GED
Education preferred: Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent education and experience may be considered.
License, certification and/or registration: OSHA 10 hour certification preferred. LEED AP, PMP, AC/CAC, or similar professional certification desirable
Experience: Healthcare Construction experience with emphasis on project coordination, collaboration, and progressive development preferred
