The General Contractor is hiring an Assistant Project Manager - Facade/Exteriors to help support the growth they've seen recently; this role by design will transition into a leadership role, as this role works direclty with the owner.

• Assist in managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, and report on progress.
• Support the preparation and review of project documentation, including contracts and permits.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on-site.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and address any issues promptly.
• Help identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines or budgets.
• Participate in site visits to oversee project progress and address on-site needs.
