Assist Project Managers with the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. Support project scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and documentation efforts. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders. Monitor project progress and help ensure work is completed on time and within budget. Assist in reviewing contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project correspondence. Help maintain project records and ensure compliance with company and client requirements. Participate in project meetings and provide timely updates to internal and external teams. Contribute to successful project delivery while supporting a culture of safety, quality, and collaboration.

Experience in construction project coordination, project engineering, or assistant project management. Understanding of construction processes, project documentation, and scheduling practices. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications preferred. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
