Assistant Project Manager - Diverse Projects - MarylandOur client is a well established commercial construction firm serving the DMV with a strong track record across retail, self storage, automotive, grocery, education, public sector, and tenant fit out projects. With a team of approximately 75 employees and $350M in annual revenue, the company has continued to grow at roughly 20% year over year while maintaining a flexible and entrepreneurial culture. Projects typically range from 20,000 to 60,000 square feet and are valued around $20M to $60M, with project timelines averaging 6 to 12 months.
