The Assistant Project Manager will report to a Senior Project Manager and support the successful delivery of data center and mission-critical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

• Assist with project budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting
• Support schedule management and coordination between field and office teams
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, procurement logs, and project documentation
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and client stakeholders
• Participate in project meetings and provide progress updates to leadership
• Support quality control, safety initiatives, and contract administration activities
• Help ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to client expectations

For the Assistant Project Manager we are seeking:

• 2-5 years of experience in commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center construction
• Experience supporting construction projects valued at $10M+ preferred
• Strong understanding of construction documents, scheduling, and project controls
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Excel, and other construction software
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• A desire to grow into a Project Manager role within a high-performing construction environment

• Base Salary: $100,000 - $130,000
