Assistant Project Manager - Data Center - NoVA

The Assistant Project Manager - Data Center - NoVA will be responsible for:

  • Supporting Project Managers with all phases of project execution
  • Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Managing and tracking RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
  • Reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
  • Monitoring project costs and assist with financial reporting
  • Helping maintain project schedules and milestone tracking
  • Attending project meetings and provide progress updates
  • Assisting with procurement and material tracking
  • Ensuring project documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Supporting project closeout activities and turnover documentation

The Assistant Project Manager - Data Center - NoVA should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of construction industry experience
  • Previous experience working on data center projects, concrete or steel work preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and project coordination
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience reviewing drawings, submittals, and project documentation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
