Job Description
The Assistant Project Manager - Data Center - Charlotte will be responsible for:
- Supporting Project Managers with the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale commercial construction projects.
- Assisting with managing project documentation, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and project schedules.
- Collaborating with subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, and field teams to maintaining project progress and communication.
- Monitoring project budgets, costs, and procurement activities while supporting overall project controls.
- Contributing to project meetings, reporting, and problem-solving efforts throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Supporting delivery of major projects including data centers, educational facilities, and other complex commercial developments.
- Assisting with ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget expectations.

The Successful Applicant
The successful Assistant Project Manager - Data Center - Charlotte will have:
- 1 to 3 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or similar construction management role.
- Experience supporting large-scale commercial construction projects.
- The ability to thrive within large project teams and fast-paced project environments.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Data center construction experience as a significant advantage.
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
