Job Description

Assist Project Managers with planning, coordination, and execution of luxury custom home projects. Support project schedules, procurement activities, budgets, and documentation throughout the construction lifecycle. Coordinate with homeowners, design professionals, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project goals are achieved. Track project progress and help resolve issues impacting schedule, quality, or budget. Maintain project records, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and other construction documentation. Participate in project meetings and communicate updates with internal and external stakeholders. Monitor construction activities to ensure work aligns with design intent and quality standards. Support project closeout activities and ensure a positive client experience from start to finish. Contribute to a team environment focused on accountability, safety, innovation, and service excellence.

The Successful Applicant

Must-Have Qualifications: Experience supporting residential or custom home construction projects. Background working on high-end residential, luxury home, or custom home builds. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment. Interest in delivering exceptional customer and homeowner experiences. Ability to work on projects within the Charleston, SC market. Preferred Experience: Experience collaborating with architects, interior designers, and residential construction teams. Exposure to project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and construction administration. Familiarity with luxury residential finishes and custom home building processes. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is advantageous.
