Client Details

A respected interiors-focused general contractor specializing in corporate office renovations, tenant improvements, and workplace transformation projects throughout downtown Chicago.

Description

  • Support project managers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
  • Assist with scheduling and subcontractor coordination
  • Attend project meetings and maintain meeting minutes
  • Track project costs and change orders
  • Help ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
  • Assist with project closeout activities

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
  • 2-5 years of construction experience
  • Corporate interiors or tenant improvement experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
