Job Description
Support Project Managers with the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. Work directly from project sites and field offices, providing hands-on project support. Assist with project documentation, schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination. Monitor project progress and help ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Collaborate with field teams, clients, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Contribute to the successful delivery of institutional, healthcare, multifamily, public, and commercial construction projects. Support multiple project locations as business needs require.

The Successful Applicant
Must-Have Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of construction industry experience. Strong organisational, communication, and project coordination skills. Ability to work full-time on-site at project locations. Interest in building a long-term career in construction project management.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting multimillion-dollar construction projects. Field construction experience. Exposure to commercial, institutional, healthcare, public, or multifamily projects.
