Assistant Project Manager

Job Description
- Assist in planning, managing, and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
- Support the procurement of materials and services required for projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Assist in resolving any project-related issues or conflicts that may arise.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

The Successful Applicant
- 2+ years of construction experience in the general contracting space
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is highly preferred
- A strong understanding of construction project management principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
