Assistant Project Manager

Job Description

  • Assist in planning, managing, and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
  • Support the procurement of materials and services required for projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Assist in resolving any project-related issues or conflicts that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years of construction experience in the general contracting space
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is highly preferred
  • A strong understanding of construction project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
