Job Description
- Assist Project Managers with all phases of project delivery
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project documentation
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, and consultants
- Track project schedules, budgets, and procurement activities
- Support project reporting, cost tracking, and closeout processes
- Help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Participate in client meetings and maintain stakeholder communication

The Successful Applicant
- 2+ years of experience with a General Contractor or Construction Management firm
- Commercial interiors project experience required
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and project administration
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and related construction software
- Eager to learn, grow, and progress into a Project Manager role
