Job Description

Manage multiple commercial construction projects valued between $1M and $15M simultaneously. Lead projects through the full lifecycle from estimating handoff to final completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal project teams. Monitor project progress, risks, and quality standards to ensure successful execution. Manage project documentation, reporting, contracts, and change orders. Conduct regular site visits throughout New Hampshire, Southern Maine, and Northern Massachusetts. Utilize Procore and Microsoft Office to track project performance and maintain communication. Foster strong client relationships and contribute to repeat business opportunities. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
