Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Projects - D.C.
The Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Projects - D.C. will be responsible for:
- Assisting Project Managers with the planning and administration of construction projects.
- Supporting project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking activities.
- Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Reviewing contracts, drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Preparing and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project reports.
- Monitoring project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Assisting with procurement and material tracking.
- Participating in project meetings and maintain accurate records.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards, company policies, and project requirements.
- Supporting closeout activities, including punch lists and final documentation.

The Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Projects - D.C. should have:
- 3+ years of project management experience with a general contractor
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in Procore or other project management softwares
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
The Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Projects - D.C. may receive:
