A reputable family owned general contractor based in Southern Massachusetts is seeking and APM to join their team on an upcoming pipeline of multifamily, adaptive reuse, and occupied restorations.

Description

  • Assist in the preparation and management of project schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Support the project management team in reviewing contracts, drawings, and specifications.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays as they arise.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and meeting minutes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Assist in the closeout process, including final inspections and documentation.

Profile
