Assistant Project Manager - Commercial GC

An established commercial general contractor in the Bay Area is adding an Assistant Project Manager to its growing team. This is a direct-hire role on the track to Project Manager.

What you'll do

• Support the PM on budgets, buyout, schedules and subcontractor contracts
• Own change orders, cost tracking and owner billing
• Lead coordination with the owner, design team and field from preconstruction through closeout

What you bring

• 3-5+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor, as a PE or APM
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Procore, Bluebeam and MS Project or P6 experience is a plus
