Job Description
Support Project Managers with the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, contracts, and documentation. Coordinate communication between field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. Monitor project progress and help resolve issues to maintain timelines and budgets. Participate in project meetings and maintain accurate project records. Provide onsite project support from jobsite trailers and field locations. Assist with change orders, procurement activities, and project closeout processes. Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards.

The Successful Applicant
2+ years of construction industry experience. Experience supporting commercial construction projects, preferably multi-million-dollar projects. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work onsite and travel between project locations as needed. Field construction experience is highly preferred. Motivated professional looking to grow into a Project Management career path.
