Founded by two respected construction industry leaders with decades of experience, the company has established a strong reputation for delivering hospitality and commercial projects throughout North Carolina and the Southeast.Job DescriptionAssist in the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects.Support project managers in maintaining project schedules and budgets.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records.Participate in on-site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide updates and resolve any concerns.Assist in managing project risks and implementing solutions to mitigate them.The Successful Applicant1-5 years of construction experienceExperience as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or similar roleGround-up commercial construction experience requiredHospitality or hotel construction experience strongly preferredExperience with negotiated work environments preferredStrong client-facing communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with owners, architects, and trade partnersStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredWhat's on OfferCompetitive annual salary between USD 70,000 and USD 100,000.Project Completion BonusesCompany VehicleGas CardHealth Insurance Premiums Paid by CompanyLife Insurance Policy ($25,000 company-paid coverage)Cell Phone Allowance401(k) (eligible after 90 days)Relocation Assistance AvailablePTO and Paid Holidays
