A well-established commercial construction firm in the Greater Philadelphia area is adding an Assistant Project Manager to support projects from preconstruction through closeout across office, healthcare, education, and multifamily work.

What you'll do

• Support PMs with submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
• Track budgets, schedules, and procurement
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, owners, and field supervision
• Attend site meetings and walk projects to track progress and quality
• Help with billing, closeout, and punch lists

What you bring

• 1 to 3+ years in commercial construction as an APM, project engineer, or similar
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Comfort with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Excel
• Strong organization and communication skills
