Job Description
- Manage and track RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and project documentation
- Coordinate procurement activities and material tracking
- Support project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
- Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
- Attend project meetings and maintain meeting minutes and action-item logs
- Maintain document control systems and ensure project records remain accurate
- Assist with permitting, inspections, project closeout, and turnover documentation
- Support Project Managers with day-to-day project execution and reporting

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Approximately 3 years of construction experience with a General Contractor
- Experience managing RFIs, submittals, procurement logs, and project documentation
- Strong technical and document-control skills
- Ability to review and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Motivated to develop into an Assistant Project Manager and future Project Manager
