An established and growing General Contractor with a strong pipeline of projects focused on Commercial Construction projects (Ground Up and Renovation).
Assist Project Managers with the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects. Manage project documentation, contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, and closeout packages. Track project schedules, budgets, commitments, and cost reports. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel. Review and process subcontractor invoices and payment applications. Assist in procurement and buyout activities, including obtaining bids and preparing subcontract agreements. Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential schedule or budget impacts. Participate in project meetings and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders. Support project closeout activities, including punch lists, warranty documentation, and turnover packages. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements. Promote a culture of safety, professionalism, and teamwork.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred. 2 to 5 years of experience in commercial construction, project engineering, or assistant project management. Strong understanding of construction documents, specifications, and project administration processes. Experience with project management software such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam, or similar platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Project. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow professionally within the construction industry.
