Job Description
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects.
- Support the project team in maintaining schedules and budgets.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and progress updates.
- Oversee compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and team members to resolve issues.
- Monitor project performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in construction management (Required)
- Commercial construction experience as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or similar role
- Experience with retail, adaptive reuse, medical office, restaurant, or office projects preferred
