Assistant Project Manager – Commercial Construction

A well-established construction company is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their career with a strong company and gain hands-on experience managing diverse commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with projects from preconstruction through completion
• Support project budgets, schedules, contracts, and documentation
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and field teams
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project closeout
• Track project progress and help ensure projects stay on schedule and budget
• Maintain strong communication with the project team

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of commercial construction experience preferred
• Experience with commercial construction projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Procore or similar construction software experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus
