Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Ensure alignment of project aspects with stakeholder's expectations. Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and daily logs. Prepare and distribute regular progress reports to the project manager and stakeholders. Assist in tracking project budgets and expenditures. Help in preparing cost estimates and forecasts. Help develop and update project schedules. At least a full year of experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager in commercial construction. Shows strong follow through, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate project needs before they become problems. Comfortable supporting schedule updates, cost tracking, procurement, and change management processes. Works well under pressure, adapts quickly, and remains solutions oriented in a fast paced environment.
