Assist Project Managers with all phases of project execution.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
Support budgeting, cost tracking, scheduling, and forecasting efforts.
Participate in owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings.
Help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Assist with procurement and buyout activities.
Maintain strong communication between field and office teams.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor.
Experience supporting ground-up municipal, industrial, hospitality, or higher education projects.
Strong understanding of construction processes, project controls, and documentation.
Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
