Job Description

Support Project Managers with the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects. Assist with project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation. Participate in client, subcontractor, and internal project meetings. Help manage multiple interior fit-out and renovation projects throughout New England. Work closely with and report directly to the Senior Project Manager overseeing the Massachusetts office. Opportunity to gain exposure to projects across banking, corporate, healthcare, retail, education, and industrial sectors.

The Successful Applicant

Must-Have Qualifications: Assistant PM: 1-4 years of construction industry experience. Junior PM: 4-7 years of construction project management experience. Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting or managing commercial construction projects.

Preferred Qualifications: Commercial interiors or renovation project experience. Experience within banking, retail, restaurant, healthcare, or corporate environments. Familiarity with tenant fit-outs and occupied-space renovations. Exposure to projects across New England markets.
