Description

  • Support Project Managers through all phases of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Assist with scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate between office teams, field staff, and clients to help keep projects on schedule.
  • Support site visits, project meetings, and reporting activities as needed.
  • Utilize construction management software to track progress, documentation, and communication across projects.

Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience with a general contractor, ideally within commercial construction.
  • Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
  • Comfortable working in a team-focused environment with long-term growth into a Project Manager role.
  • Strong communicator who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Self-perform experience is a plus but not required. Degree preferred, but not a requirement.
