Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager - Civil/Federal - Leesburg, VA will be responsible for:

  • Assist Project Managers with the planning, execution, and completion of civil construction projects.
  • Support contract administration, change order management, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Track project schedules, budgets, procurement, and progress reporting.
  • Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project correspondence.
  • Help manage project costs, forecasting, and documentation to maintain profitability.
  • Participate in project meetings and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support compliance with quality control, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with project closeout activities, including punch lists, final documentation, and turnover packages.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and project partners throughout the construction process.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager - Civil/Federal - Leesburg, VA should have:
