Description
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, often ranging from 5 to 15 active assignments.
- Coordinate renovations, tenant improvements, healthcare upgrades, retail projects, occupied-space construction, and emergency response work.
- Respond proactively to client requests and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Develop and update project budgets, pricing proposals, and schedules with quick turnaround times.
- Support project execution from preconstruction through closeout.
- Collaborate with estimating, operations, field teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project costs, schedules, documentation, and overall performance.
- Assist in managing contracts, change orders, project reporting, and project communications.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail across multiple priorities.
- Take on increasing client-facing and leadership responsibilities as part of a defined growth path toward Project Management.

Profile
Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience working in commercial construction project management, project engineering, estimating, or a related construction management role.
- Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects and competing priorities.
- Experience supporting projects valued up to approximately $10M.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
- Motivated to develop into a Project Manager within the next 1 to 2 years.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with renovations, tenant improvement, healthcare, retail, occupied-space, or special projects work.
- Exposure to budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and project financial management.
- Prior client-facing responsibilities within a construction environment.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
