Assistant Project Manager
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will:
- Support Project Managers with all phases of project execution
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Manage and track RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Monitor project costs and assist with financial reporting
- Help maintain project schedules and milestone tracking
- Attend project meetings and provide progress updates
- Assist with procurement and material tracking
- Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date
- Support project closeout activities and turnover documentation

The ideal Assistant Project Manager candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- 1-5 years of construction industry experience
- Previous experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or similar role preferred
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project coordination
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience reviewing drawings, submittals, and project documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
Experience with commercial, institutional, educational, or public-sector construction projects is highly desirable.
