    Clean Vapor, a FullTerra company, is a specialty contractor providing vapor intrusion mitigation installation services for commercial and residential properties throughout the Atlanta market.

    We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of vapor intrusion mitigation projects. You will work closely with Project Managers, field crews, subcontractors, clients, and trade partners to help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and according to project requirements.

    This is an excellent opportunity for someone with construction or environmental project experience who wants to grow into a Project Manager role within a specialized area of the environmental construction industry.

    What You'll Do

    Project Coordination

    • Assist Project Managers with the day-to-day coordination of vapor intrusion mitigation installations, including sub-slab depressurization systems, vapor barriers, and sub-membrane venting
    • Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, equipment, and material deliveries
    • Help keep multiple active projects organized and on schedule
    • Participate in client meetings and provide project progress updates
    • Serve as an on-site point of contact for subcontractors and trade partners during installation

    Plans, Documentation & Compliance

    • Review site plans, system layouts, specifications, and approved designs
    • Help verify installations are completed according to project requirements and applicable standards
    • Maintain project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, punch lists, photo logs, and closeout packages
    • Assist with permitting, site access agreements, and coordination with property owners and facility managers
    • Support OSHA requirements and site-specific health and safety plans

    Budgeting & Estimating

    • Track project budgets, change orders, and daily field reports
    • Identify and communicate potential scope or cost deviations to the Project Manager
    • Prepare quantity takeoffs and assist with estimating for future projects as needed

    What You Bring

    Required Qualifications

    • 1-3+ years of experience in construction project coordination, environmental remediation, or a related field
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active projects
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites throughout the Atlanta metro area
    • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification, or willingness to obtain certification within 90 days of hire

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with vapor intrusion or vapor mitigation projects
    • Knowledge of vapor intrusion mitigation systems and methods, including sub-slab depressurization, vapor barriers, and sub-membrane depressurization
    • Familiarity with ASTM E2121 and applicable state or EPA vapor intrusion guidance
    • Experience using Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar construction/project management software

    Physical & Work Requirements

    • Ability to visit and work around active construction and installation sites
    • Ability to access areas such as residential crawlspaces, commercial slabs, mechanical spaces, and below-grade areas while using appropriate PPE
    • Comfortable working around slab penetration equipment and mechanical fans
    • Ability to lift approximately 25-40 lbs
    • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during site visits
