Work directly with the Project Manager and Superintendent on the delivery of an $80M downtown Dayton project. Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting documentation, drawing updates, and Procore workflows. Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and field teams to keep work moving on schedule. Assist with procurement, buyout activities, budget tracking, and day-to-day project administration. Support both construction operations and preconstruction efforts, providing exposure across the full project lifecycle.

A successful Junior Project Manager should have: 1-5 years of experience as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or similar construction role. Experience on commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, institutional, or large building projects. Procore experience preferred. Exposure to estimating, MEP scopes, or OSHA 30 certification is beneficial but not required. Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and a genuine interest in growing your career in construction.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 + bonus. Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), discretionary performance bonus, strong benefits package, and 2-3 weeks PTO.
