Infin Moving is hiring an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of moving projects in Columbus, OH. This role assists with scheduling, coordination, and communication to ensure efficient operations and successful job completion.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating residential and commercial moving projects
• Schedule jobs and manage calendars for moving crews
• Communicate with customers regarding timelines and service details
• Support dispatch and operations teams with daily logistics
• Track job progress and update internal systems
• Ensure all project details are organized and completed on time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree is a plus)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail
• Previous coordination or administrative experience preferred
