    Qualifications:

    High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in behavioral health, supportive housing, residential services, case management, or related human services required. One (1) year of supervisory, lead worker, or team leadership experience required. Experience working with individuals with mental illness, supportive housing, residential services, or community-based behavioral health programs preferred. Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office applications, and electronic documentation systems required. Ability to be flexible and work in a team environment. Excellent interpersonal, communications and leadership/managerial skills essential. Evidence of understanding and empathy for the population supported with demonstrated ability to work with persons with Mental Illness. Demonstrated ability and knowledge to work with other service provider agencies. Previous knowledge/experience with OMH regulations and budgets preferred. NYS Driver's License in accordance with regulations and organization policies, practices, and procedures required. Travel required.
