We are currently seeking an MCI Assistant Program Director to support the operations and quality of our Mobile Crisis Intervention services in Worcester.

What You Will Do:
- Provide direct oversight and supervision of MCI Counselor staff, including performance reviews and coaching
- Monitor service delivery through call reviews and real-time monitoring, maintaining accurate supervision records
- Ensure program goals are met in accordance with performance specifications and organizational standards
- Collaborate with MCI leadership on program initiatives and quality improvement
- Provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and therapeutic support, connecting individuals to appropriate referrals and services
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation of all interactions
- Build and maintain relationships with community providers and external partners to support coordinated care
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field required
- Minimum of 1 year of related mental health work experience required
- Knowledge of mental illness, substance use, and care management systems
- Understanding of crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
- Valid state driver's license with ability to pass a driving record review, and reliable vehicle for community-based work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates cultural competence and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations

Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000
