Rooted in the Ignatian and Catholic mission of Boston College, the Montserrat Office serves students with the highest levels of financial need, helping them become active participants in their Jesuit education, while aiding in their academic, social, and spiritual formation.
The Assistant Program Director supports the Montserrat Coalition''s mission to help students with the greatest financial need engage fully in a Jesuit education. They will mentor, guide, and assist students individually in developing academically, socially, and spiritually.
The Assistant Program Director duties are multiple. They include administering a sophomore mentorship program; coordinating the Montserrat Advisory Board; analyzing, validating, and preparing operational datasets to support strategic planning and data-driven decision-making; assisting with budget management; overseeing the Frontier Fellowship and the book/course materials processes; planning and executing programming initiatives; co-supervising a team of graduate assistants and undergraduate student ambassadors; managing in-person and digital outreach efforts; supporting first-generation, low-income student populations, and other underrepresented groups; serving as the department's liaison with internal BC departments and external constituencies.
Full-Time Equivalent Hiring Range: $61,050 to $76,300; salary commensurate with relevant experience.
