This 12-month, non-tenure-track position offers a meaningful opportunity to impact students, collaborate with healthcare partners, and advance your professional practice in a supportive academic environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Teach and coordinate didactic and/or clinical courses, delivering high-quality, engaging instruction

  • Design innovative, evidence-based learning experiences that prepare students for modern pharmacy practice

  • Collaborate with faculty to enhance curriculum, teaching strategies, and assessment methods

  • Assess student performance and continuously improve learning outcomes

  • Serve as a professional role model, mentor, and academic advisor to students

  • Contribute to scholarship through research, application, and dissemination (publications/presentations)

  • Engage in clinical practice in an inpatient setting while maintaining licensure and competency

  • Participate in governance, committees, and initiatives that support student success and program excellence

What You'll Need:

  • Pharm.D. or equivalent professional degree.

  • Active pharmacist license (or eligibility for licensure in Indiana).

  • Credentials appropriate for appointment at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor (rank commensurate with experience).

  • Demonstrated understanding of current pharmacy practice.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.

  • Commitment to interdisciplinary education and student success.

  • Evidence of scholarly engagement preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills.
