Job Summary
The Department of Management and Supply Chain at East Tennessee State University (ETSU) in Johnson City, Tennessee, invites applications for a 9-month academic, tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Management (Hospitality & Tourism Management). The position may begin in Spring 2027 or Fall 2027, depending on candidate availability and departmental needs. The successful candidate will support program needs at ETSU''s main campus in Johnson City and may also teach or provide support at the Sevierville Center.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to teach, conduct high-quality research, and actively engage in institutional, professional, and community service activities, including student recruitment and continuous program improvement.
