    Responsibilities

    Florida State University, Department of Accounting, invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position beginning August 2027.

    This position will be required to publish in leading scholarly journals, along with teaching undergraduate and graduate courses. You will also continue research efforts and progress towards promotion and tenure.

    Qualifications

    All candidates should have a Ph.D. in accounting.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Candidates must demonstrate an ability to publish in leading scholarly journals and a commitment to excellence in teaching. All areas of research expertise will be considered, although we have a strong preference for candidates with an interest in teaching financial accounting.
