Assistant Production Manager

We are a market leader in custom architectural wood paneling. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Production Manager to enhance the production environment and provide even better service and products to our customers.

The qualified candidate will ensure all orders are produced properly on the floor, manufacturing is optimized on the floor, and machinery and production inventory are kept up and monitored. He/she will coordinate with other departments to provide all appropriate customer service. He/she will be actively involved in daily production and must be comfortable being on their feet for extended periods. He/she will oversee quality control and material inventory management.

Minimum of one year of management experience in a woodworking facility is required. Person must have excellent attention to detail and will be expected to manage a team. Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once are a necessity. Previous experience with Excel and Quickbooks is a plus.
