Assistant Principal - Capital Preparatory Magnet School (PreK3-12)

Hartford Public Schools | Hartford, CT | Salary Range: $138,539-$155,174

Capital Preparatory Magnet School is seeking a dynamic Assistant Principal to help lead one of Connecticuts few PreK-12 college preparatory magnet schools - a school with a 100% college acceptance rate for every graduating senior, every year. This is more than a building administrator role. The Assistant Principal serves as a strategic thought partner to the Principal, shaping the schools vision, strengthening instructional excellence, and developing educators who carry Capital Preps legacy of academic excellence and social justice forward.

Certification Required: Connecticut Certification in Intermediate Administration or Supervision (092)

Salary: HPSA Group 19, $138,539-$155,174 (12-month work year), plus tuition reimbursement, residency differential, and a comprehensive benefits package
