Heartfelt Impressions Learning Centers in Clarkston, MI is seeing a passionate and dedicated Assistant Preschool Teacher to make a lasting impact on young learners and their families. In this role, you will collaborate with the Lead Teacher to create a safe and developmentally appropriate and engaging classroom environment utilizing the High Scope curriculum.

Position Detail:

• Status: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:15am-5:15pm
• Pay range: $14.50-$20.50/hour (rate based on years of experience in early childhood education plus licensing credential, CDA or degree in the field)
• Please note: This position does not qualify for US Visa sponsorship or relocation

Requirements

• Must have full time availability and reliable transportation  
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• CPR Certification is required but can be completed within 30 days of hire
• Prior experience in early childhood education in a classroom or as a private nanny (preferred)
• Have a Child Development Associate credential (CDA) or working towards a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)
• Ability to pass a Background Screening (fingerprinting)
