Job TitleConstruction Project ManagerJob DescriptionSupport the preconstruction team in budgeting, estimating, and proposal development across multiple projects. Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates, quantity takeoffs, and bid packages. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to gather pricing and project information. Help analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to identify scope gaps or risks. Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure competitive and accurate pricing. Maintain and update cost databases, historical pricing, and project benchmarks. Participate in value engineering efforts to optimize cost, schedule, and constructability. Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and conceptual budgets. Experience in preconstruction, estimating, project engineering, project management, or design-build project delivery. Understanding of commercial construction means, methods, materials, and project delivery processes. Experience developing conceptual budgets and detailed estimates. Ability to review drawings, specifications, subcontractor proposals, and project schedules. Strong communication, facilitation, organization, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office Suite, and construction estimating software. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.What's on OfferCompetitive base salary ranging between $80,000-$100,000.
